These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReversiLink website and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

ReversiLink provides subscription-based website services (e.g., one-page landing pages, portfolios, service pages) including design, development, updates, and related support as described on our website and in your plan (“Plan”).
Your Plan includes only what is listed in the plan description at the time of purchase.
Fair usage policy (subscription work):
Work is handled via a request queue.
One active request at a time per subscription unless your Plan states otherwise.
“Unlimited” updates means reasonable updates within the scope of your website and Plan, not unlimited output or full-time dedicated work.
We may decline, pause, or re-scope requests that are excessive, repetitive, or outside scope.
Examples of out-of-scope (unless added as paid add-ons): advanced custom apps, complex memberships, marketplaces, custom-coded plugins, heavy SEO campaigns, large copywriting projects, extensive redesigns every week, or third-party issues we don’t control.
You agree to:
Provide accurate info, brand assets, and required access (domain/hosting/email/WordPress admin) promptly.
Ensure you have rights to any content you provide (text, images, logos).
Review and approve work in a timely manner.
Delays in providing assets/access may delay delivery timelines.
We aim to deliver work quickly, but timelines are estimates and depend on request complexity, queue volume, and your responsiveness. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless stated in writing.
Revisions are included based on your Plan. We may limit revisions that represent a new direction or repeated changes after approval.
Subscriptions are billed monthly (or per your selected billing cycle) in advance.
Payments are processed via [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] and are subject to their terms.
If a payment fails, we may suspend Services until payment is received.
You may cancel anytime through [BILLING PORTAL / EMAIL]. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (logos, text, images), subject to having proper rights.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
While your subscription is active and invoices are paid, you receive a license to use the website we build for your business.
If you cancel, website access and ongoing updates may stop.
If you want full transfer of the website build, you may request a buyout:

Upon payment, we will provide: [WordPress export / theme files / database export (where applicable)] and transfer reasonable materials we control.
Note: Third-party licenses (themes/plugins/fonts/stock images) may require separate purchase and are not automatically transferable.
We may use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, analytics, forms, email providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service limitations.
You may not use our Services to create or promote illegal content, malware, scams, phishing, or harmful/abusive content. We may refuse or terminate service for violations.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee business results (sales, leads, rankings).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReversiLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last [30/60/90] days.
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, or repeated violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/STATE], and disputes will be handled in [COURT/JURISDICTION], unless mandatory local laws apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
